Replacement Policy

We have a damage / wrong product shipped replacement policy, which means you can only replace the product if there is damage in the product or a wrong product was delivered to you.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a replacement, you can contact us at [email protected]. You need to upload the image of the damaged merchandise and once approved we will initiate your replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two (2) business days after receipt of the merchandise. Service Provider will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after the receipt of returned merchandise. Service Provider will not replace the order if it is determined that the order was misused or mishandled by the Customer or part of the order was used by the Customer and part of the order is being returned.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
All items on the store are personalised with the brand logo and are custom made against an order. Thus we do not have an exchange policy.
